St John's is a pretty chalet bungalow a 1 minute walk from the beach.

A generous Continental breakfast (or Full English by arrangement) , selection of cereals, toast and preserves, fresh fruit and yoghurt, is served with fruit juices, tea and coffee.

Ideally positioned for contract workers as convenient for M27. A3 and A3M and easy access to Havant, Portsmouth, Chichester etc. also with a wireless internet connection available for you to use.

The cottage styled guests' area is seperate apartment and consists of twin and triple rooms with seperate bathroom, dining room and guests'TV lounge, pool/games room.
We offer you a small garden area with picnic table and place to hang wetsuits.

Tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities,TV/video and hairdryers are provided in each bedroom.

The guest lounge has a TV/video/DVD, Pool Table and dart board.

We are a 5 minute walk from the local shops, restaurants and pubs.

Ideal base for kitesurfing,kiteboarding, windsurfing, sailing, golf, horseriding and birdwatching in Langstone / Chichester Harbours and Farlington Marsh.
